At Pelioo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. A restocking fee of $5 per returned order will apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.
To initiate a return, please contact us to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging and includes all accessories, tags, and proof of purchase. Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If you have used the product and are unsatisfied with the results, you may still qualify for a refund under the following conditions: Submit clear, dated before and after photos of the affected area(s) at the start of use and after 90 days. Provide a detailed explanation of your experience with the product, including how it was used. Include your proof of purchase and any other relevant documentation.
Certain items cannot be returned, including personal care products (e.g., opened beauty or health items), custom or personalized orders, and sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. If you havenât received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
If you need to exchange an item, please return the original product following the return process above. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
